Kids today vs high output lasers.

Now this has been up for a while, but because I often enjoy moaning about music (you may have noticed) I reckon you should check out the laser harp below. This kinda reminds me of an idea I had about building a guitar with laser beams instead of strings because:

A:You don’t have to buy new strings (thus instantly solving many of Ian Faith’s immediate problems), and

2: It would look awesome.

(This is in no way related to my other desire to improve on Blackie Lawless‘ exploding codpiece by having one that shot a laser into the crowd). Now I never built this because any laser tech I had was being used for other things,  but I ask you, if you were building a laser instrument, would it be a harp or a guitar? Do people out there seriously harbour secret fantasies aboutruling Long Beach Arena with a fucking HARP?? Who knows what kids today are thinking. The important message here is that even though lasers are really cool, the people building them obviously aren’t.
